Our IICRC paired with extensive training on water intrusion enables Lagniappe to handle any type of Water issue that may arise. Some of these include water damage from sprinkler systems, burst pipes, natural flooding and more.

The Pre construction element of a project is one that is extremely valuable. We pair our team with current technology and software in order to bring you efficient, accurate and valuable solutions. During this phase, we thoroughly analyze every part of the project so we can plan on what we know "will happen" and also, what "may happen". This way, if something arises, we are prepared since we take a proactive approach which allows us to respond versus react.
